Throat feels swollen like and weird tonsil thing and on back of throat?

I've had strep throat a few times in the past 2 years. I have recently been getting this feeling of like "swollen" in my throat lately and ive looked down there and noticed a big thing hanging off my tonsil and also a red blister like thing at the back of the throat. I have an appointment with an ENT on the 25th just seeing if any of you guys had any input on this?

Please help, thanks.

Most likely strep throat but could possibly be tonsillitis

Would it be just acute strep/tonsillitis then? It’s been like this for like a year
