hi i have had a sore throat irratated looks red inside and glands sore to touch for the last few days doctor said just viral but today i noticed on one of my tonsils well just under a white/yellow spot ive taken all sorts for this sore throat but its not going im worried now as ive just read a sign of throat cancer is sore throat and a yellow or white patch please help is it normal with a sore throat to have white spots
its very normal
