Sca red to sleep at night
is there any way you could listen to some gentle music or even listen to a radio chat show when you first go to bed.
Im asuming ofcourse that you don't it may be to help you first break the habit or the cycle of worry that when you first climb in to bed distract your mind with somthing as it seems to be fear befor sleep?
Music try music. If not a fan of playing out loud then play it in earphones Softly. Just as long as it's something you like. Whatever you like to do watch funny tv show . Reading the bible puts me to sleep.
I do all of that and eventualy i switch off but i sleep like 3 to 4 hours and then going to work and i just feel like a zombie.... Hate this stuff...
I had the same problem. 2 nights in a row I had 0 sleep which eventually broke me. Are you on medication? I have been for 5 weeks and am much better now.
do you have asthma? or is this anxiety related?
