I had to get a extremely painful Thrombosed Hemorrhoid excised and drained on Monday 1/18/21. My Colorectal Surgeon informed me it will bleed for a couple of days. He did not apply stitches, and stated we’re going to leave it as is, and let it heal on its own. Its now Friday 1/21/21, and its still bleeding/painful. Has anyone who has gone through this procedure please give me your experience on heal time? How much longer should I expect bleeding and pain? I just want to wipe my ass normally again, without having the pain of going over the excision site.
