I am 17 years old and when erect i have never been able to fully retract the whole way down to the point where the tip is fully exposed. I masterbate often and it has never caused me any pain at all neither any signs of swelling. It is a sensitive topic for me and i’m really insecure about it as i thought it was normal for the tip to not be fully exposed on some people.
