Hello, I have a tight foreskin that has visible stretch marks on it. The skin sometimes gets dry and the area gets irritated when there is a lot of friction there. I have been offered a surgery to lengthen my frenulum, but was just wondering if anybody has had the same thing and it gradually got better?
I am in my early 20s and my foreskin has slowly become looser, I just don’t know whether it would be worth the surgery now or hoping the skin becomes looser naturally.
Any advice would be appreciated thanks.
Joe if it has loosened up I would leave it alone why make it worse. If it does not stop you from sex
