Tight foreskin or Phimosis?

Hi, I’m 18y old and still did not have sex but I think I may have some problem when my penis is erected I’m not able to fully roll my foreskin or I can roll it over the head but just like on the edge and its not comfortable, its okey but not comfy. When I masturbate it don’t see any problem I just don’t go all the way. when its not erected i can roll it all the way without a problem. What could cause this tight foreskin? Phimosis or just tight that skin connecting head to rest (I don’t know correct term in english) Will I be able to have sex? Or I must see doctor?

Hi mate if you cannot retract your foreskin all the way back by 18, i would definitely recommend a trip to the doctors. I had the same problem aged 17 and its all sorted now, no more tight foreskin. Tight foreskin is exactly what phimosis is.

If in the non erect penis the foreskin can be pushed back well without pain, then you could possibly suffer from a too tight frenulum (Frenulum breve). Could that be possible in your case?
