enclosed is picture of my erection. had to shiw erect to see my issues. 1 very tight when hard and its a must i use plenty of lube fir any activity. also when erect its very red just beliw the head. any ideas??
The tight skin does not make the skin red, that would be caused by an irritation source - for most men irritation is caused by everyday items that contact the skin, most common is soap and other forms of body wash such as shower gel.

thank you. it was the soap i was using. stopped it and irritation subsided. i think my skin tends to feel tight during erection, 1 because im cut and my penis gets very hard and the soap was drying it out

best approach is not to use any soap or shower gel to clean your penis with simply use running warm shower or tap water and rub with the fingertips to clean - if you do this, preferably after each time you urinate that is the best thing to do ..
