Tightness around rib cage

I have been experiencing tightness around rib cage for several months. this is getting worse. I also have a sharp pain occasionally on the right side of my lower abdomen and below bust line on right side. I have a hiatus hernia and taking omeprozole . I had a gastroscopy last week which was normal, bloods normal and stool test normal. I feel as though it is going to snap at the moment. any ideas please?

These are feelings that could come with reflux and gerd. Buy since all the tests are normal, the only possibility is postural. The way you sleep and carry yourself could sometimes worsen such feelings. Try losing some weight. Or talk to your doctor.

AM talking to doc and awaiting ultrasound. my posture is fine and I am NOT overweight by any means.
