Tightness in neck lump in throat

I went golfing and had 2 walk a hill with my clubs to go to the clubhouse 2 go pay. I felt a tightness or lump feeling in my throat kinda by my Adams apple. I looked it up and just came up anxiety. It kinda went away as the round went on but now it's back again. Never had this feeling with anxiety before.

Should I just chalk this up to anxiety or should I be concerned. I have heart tests done that have come back fine so anxiety it is??

Thanks everyone

Yes, anxiety frequently gives throat symptoms of all kinds and I've had plenty of them.

Did you feel over anxious when you were playing golf, had something upset you or were you having sad thoughts

BOB

I mean tht was just walking to the clubhouse. During the round I was OK. Had a decent round just did 9 holes. We had a cart so. Was feeling maybe a bit sad not sure why.

Just haven't really experienced that sensation before.

Your thinking that something brought that on? It can't just come on by itself??

So safe to assume it's just anxiety?? Like after it happened I Google it during the round and anxiety came up. Heart issue's did as well but I've been checked for heart issue's so.

My friends dad had a weird feeling in his chest when he walked up a small hill and he had an angiogram test done and found blockages in his arteries and now has 2 have open heart. He's 60 some odd years old I'm only 28 so. I just had some weird feeling in my neck nothing to do with my chest so...

I'm 5ft10 about 210 just to give ppl some contexts. I'm not at my ideal weight but not terribly overnight by any means.

Thanks for the responses everyone.

With me I was in an area where my ancestors were from it was very strange

Feelings are so very strange, I cannot think of anything else

BOB

So just being in that strange environment was what put you on edge...

Thanks for the feedback I really appreciate it.
