Hello Doctor, I am a 26 year old male looking for help with my penis. during an erection, my foreskin squeezes very tight and chokes the head. What is this condition called? Phimosis? It turns very red, sore and purple and will go numb and blood vessels rupture. No sign of dryness, thrush or open would infection. I have had this condition for last decade since my teens I have tried stretching exercises. Nothing has improved since foreskin is thick and bevels round the glans. Not the tight elephant trunk rather extruding skin opening. I thought to consider adult circumcision or frenuloplasty so I asked for help from my GP. They advised to go to a sex clinic for checks, but I was returned of no luck but with the same stretching advice. NHS surgery is not eligible. It's not a life threatening condition until paraphimosis, gangrene via sepsis. But any man in a similar feeling will have effected mental health and social stigma. Going private is expensive, any other suggestions of exercises? Thanks
