Time for a talk down

I cannot seem to shake this at the moment although I am certain this is anxiety - I feel this pressure sensation (on and off for a few seconds at a time) for the last few hours in the centre of my chest (not to the left in the heart area, like right in the middle), and I know I’ve had this a few times (and lived obviously). My throat isn’t burning like acid reflux (my doctors thought when I told her), and my stomach doesn’t hurt either. I’ve also been in the hospital recently for a kidney stone, so I know my vitals are fine as they would have caught it. Yet every time this sensation occurs, it’s like I freeze and assess, erasing everything logical in my head that I just told you above. Any weigh in, advice or good vibes to share? I recently finished antibiotics (we had originally thought my stone was an infection), and they made me a bit on edge LOL! Thanks loves

I been struggling with my anxiety disorder for almost 4 years now , and to be honest not much has changed . My meds have limited the panic episode of it for the most part , but I have chest pain/pressure almost everyday . I been seen by a cardiologist and ER room assessment 6-7 times in 3 years and all times proved i  was normal . It’s incredible how you can feel like you’re dying , but really your body is on extra flight mode during anxiety convincing itself something is wrong at that moment and continues to extend that anxious moment .
