when you lower your dose do you have to reset the clock on recovery? so I lowered dose 2 days ago so do I count it from day two again.? thanks guys 
do you mean your trying to come off them to recover?
not completely off but lowering my dose as my depression is worse on higher doses x hope you’re doing ok
