I just wondering if anyone has experience this. I get it in my arms and legs it's almost like I tingles of water. It comes and goes. What can help with this.

yes I can relate to this I didn't know if it is anxiety but it feels strange my arms feel a bit weired and my legs from my knees upwards feel like air con is blowing on them or trickles of cold water run down then quite a strange feeling it can happen anytime but I've noticed it more on a night time is this what they mean by hot and cold flashes or could it be anxiety feeling quite bewildered.
Hi Ali,I have been told this happens a few weeks months before the full on hot flushes happen... So I would say that you are on the path to experiencing them soon. Hope you have your sage droplets at the ready? Good luck x
