Tingling head and difficulty speaking

my head tingles and i have diffculty speaking. when will these symptoms go away!!! they are so debilitating.

I would often stumble on my words and it’s embarrassing. I found that when I was calmer, that doesn’t happen or at least not as much. But when I’m really anxious, I tend to talk faster and I stumble on the words and I just hate it. So I have to consciously make myself calm down . I do that by long slow deep breathing for a few minutes.
the Head tingling is also along the same line. The more anxious I am, the more I get the tingling in the head and sometimes in the legs and arms. So it all boils down to reducing the anxiety. I’ve had the tingling and other symptoms for many years but they are not as pronounced anymore as they used to be. I just got used to them. They don’t scare me because I know they’re harmless but I just get on with my life. i’m not going to let any of it prevent me from enjoying my life.

I agree with Jan. This happens to me too when I’m panicky and highly anxious. What helps calm me is breathing in through the nose for 4 seconds, then breathing out slowly through the mouth for 4 seconds and repeat. Also there are apps and YouTube videos for guided meditation. I suffer from anxiety too but these have helped me a lot when it gets really bad.
