Tingling in arms and legs after upping Zolft

Hi everyone. ...so my doctor upped my Zoloft dosage from 50 mg to 75mg. I ended up taking several steps backwards in ny recovery. I began having more anxiety, muscles pains came back especially in my shoulders and neck, front and sides of neck. I then began having horrible tinkling sensations and muscle twitching in my arms and legs. I spoke with my doctor and he said to go back to 50mg and that this is a side effect from meds.. I asked him how long it will take to get me back where I was before upping the does and he said he didn't know. Does anybody know? Your input is greatly appreciated.

Dmh..

I to was getting the same exact symptoms as u minus the muscle twitching.

I was on 50mg only for 5wks. Went back to dr & she sad STOP taking it.

Now she prescibed cymbalta 30mg and I'm really afraid to start. So many negative reviews.

If your afraid to take it then don't! Go with your gut instinct. Research the drug more...also find out if you need time in between meds. I have read negative things about immediately switching anti-depressants. The sensations in my arms and legs is almost gone. I have been suffering from a sore neck now! Mostly the front muscles and my shoulders. I also clench my teeth and that puts a lot of stress on my muscles. Have you ever had this? It's like I hold all my tension/anxiety in my neck and shoulders. .

I also have the sore neck, pain right arm, shoulder and not sure if do to my arthritis in neck. If I am going to start a new drug not sure how long to wait after being off zoloft.

Good morning. ..so where is your neck pain?. Mine is in the front a d side muscles. Really gets me upset. I seem to hold l of my stress in neck and shoulders. I also cle clench my teeth which puts a lot of strain on front neck muscles.

Good Morning, my neck pain is in the back & shoulder blades

I also feel the discomfort in my right arm. On top of that I have slight numbness in the left part of my cheek & my fingers are tingerling also.

I was diagnosed with arthritis in my neck, but don't think this would account for my other symptoms.
