Tingling in left side

This morning I felt okay until I got to my 1st period class and all of a sudden i get this weird chest pain and throat pain. When I yawn, itll hurt. The only way I can describe it is like it is a sore feeling. And after that I get this tingling sensation in my left leg that extends to my foot. I am now starting to get it in my hands and it’s really scaring me. I feel like I’m going to have a stroke!! 😕

Totally normal symptoms of anxiety. You could always take a trip to your Dr if they don't subside and you're worried, but I have had everything you described above from just anxiety.

I was having bad chest pains for about 3 months where it hurt to even laugh sometimes. N then my arm would feel numb/tingly, my hands and feet would tingle, and the left side of my face would also feel a bit numb/tingly too. I freaked out and thought I was having a stroke or something too. I had an EKG done and blood work and it all came back totally normal. As soon as I managed my anxiety better all those symptoms went away.

I started to manager it better by seeing a therapist, which I highly recommend! You can use the Psychology Today website to find you near you, makes it really easy.
