Tingling legs feeling the need to go go after waking

iv had this happen to me twice this year so far. i wake up mu legs are tingling but not at the same time. and i have the Urgent feeling of have to go go go. when i wake up. which gets me panicking a bit. it sounds like restless leg syndrome but from what i read that only happen latter in the day and during bed time. no mention of it happing in the morning. but ill wake up and pace i don't feel anxious at first, but then i will start to over think i dont like this feeling it needs to go away and then i get a bit panicked. was woundering if any one els has had this happen and know what it is

many things can cause tingling in the legs. Those include deficiency in some mineral, crossing the legs too long, diabetes, restless leg syndrome which can happen anytime but it is more common at night, and I’m sure there are more. Since you are overthinking and want to go, it seems like the best guess is anxiety.. I have had anxiety for many years and I’ve also had tingling in the legs quite a b since you are overthinking and want to go, it seems like the best guess is anxiety.. Maybe not because of Covid but it’s a good idea to have one at least once a year.

I used to get weird like pains in my calfs it’s hard to describe its like a pins and needles type kinda like a tingling/numbness. Sometimes get it in my toes! I have poor circulation and thought wearing socks for bed was causing it and started sleeping with a cushion under my legs to keep them raised.
