Suffering tinging sensation on the chest and unable to sleep. Any idea?
are you coming off any meds? could be withdrawals, would explain the sleeplessness as well. are you worried about something? maybe anxiety. is the tingling in your chest like butterflies or electricity ? i think we need more information in order to help.
how about caffeine ? did you drink a cup of coffee before bed or anything with caffeine in it ? caffeine would explain the tingling and would explain the sleeplessness too.
i try come off xanax and Pregablin.

yep, its withdrawal. coming off those meds will cause those symptoms. been there, done that. you will feel better in a couple of days. drink lots of water to flush your system. stay away from caffeine and sugar. eat vegetables and fruits, the anti oxidents will clean your system of those meds quicker. going to take a couple of days though, so relax, we know what it is now, you are not going to die, just go about your life. let me know how you make out.

I understand totally. This pandemic is the worse. Just remember that if you decide to come off those medications again, the withdrawal symptoms will return. You cant stay on xanex forever, the longer you stay on it (taking everyday) the worse your withdrawals will be if you decide to come off of it.
