Does anybody feel like your touge/mouth gets a bit tingly or like little pins poking it? I've felt this before so i know it's a anxiety symptom but just want to know if anybody else get like this.

Hi there. Yes i do have those symptoms as well as though my tongue has pins and needles. And yes i also know thats its an onset of an attack which to be honest freaks me out coz i dont have a trigger. Im suffering so much recently and im just tired of it all.
Yes I know what you mean. I'm feeling it as I write this. It doesn't hurt but just feels uncomfortable. I don't get panicky or scared but I do worry about it and can't help the fact of thinking about it bc is there.
