Got yesterday and couldn’t get to sleep that night. Every sound I here can coalesce and repeat itself. From 5 sec ago to my childhood.
Already have a Dr appointment, but what can I do for it right now?
Try decongestive medication, same as for clearing sinuses, helps a lot for me. reduces pressure in my ears or just drugs me up! either way it helps.
Also try giving blood. may sound strange but when i do my pressure drops and the symptoms nearly disapprear.
Anythings worth a try.
