Tiny Blood Red spots on skin size of a grain of salt

I'm noticing that I have alot of tiny red spots that look like blood and there flat I have alot of them on my arms and legs I don't know what they are and I'm scared I might have skin cancer

It sounds more like a cherry angiomas (or Campbell de Morgan spots as they're also known) I have loads of them and you tend to Develop more as you age annoyingly.

I would advise you still to see your gp to confirm this, but as long as they're not getting bigger or changing quickly, I wouldn't worry to much.

It's normal I have them on both arms they go away as you age

2 more of these spots I found over the past day weren't there before so I'm a little worried.

Are u sure? I found 2 more that weren't there yesterday and I'm scared I may have cancer or something horrible

I'm only 16 is this normal?

Do not worry.  Many people have these spots.  I have had them for 20 years... and yes I have a lot more now that I am older.
