I have a UTI apperently after visiting the doctor. she inspected my penis and said it looked fine but she said its odd that I have symptoms of a UTI. I've been tested for alot of stds and came back clean but I do have HSV type 1 ( cold sores ). I've been to a urologist for other issues such as pain in my penis but the urologist checked me and said I just have very sensitive nerves and to stop flipping out and go home... so I did. but now I apparently have a UTI and am on antibiotics and I think its helping. but earlier I stretched my penis to inspect and under the crown of the penis below the pee hole is a small bump with a black dot... it kinda stings and is only visible if i stretch the skin. any advice on what this is? I havent had sex in 4 months if that helps any.
Did you mention the black dot to the urologist? Most things like this can be put down to skin imperfections - the sensation of pain is unlikely to be due to this and is most likely related to the UTI, if you have further concerns contact the doctor or urologist again …
