Tiny bumps on penis STI?

I have some tiny bumps that have been On my penis for about a year. just recently being a bit more noticeable, no pain or itching from them. There are fine hairs that are coming out of the tiny bumps. No new sexual partners.
If someone could give any advice on if these might be genital warts or another sti

This looks like something I also have which would be fordyce spots. Its completely harmless, generally they will fade with time, they are basically an enlarged oil gland. It always helps to get things like this checked out by a professional though
