I had unprotected oral sex a little over a month ago. The next day I noticed these tiny clustered bumps on my foreskin. They don't itch or burn. A week and a half later I went to get an STD test and came back all Negative (I wonder if i took my test too soon). A week after that, my penis head and under my foreskin started to itch and turn bright red. I assumed it was Balanitis because of the symptoms but never confirmed it with a doctor. A few weeks later it looks like my penis calmed down, the redness and itch is slowly going away. I still get an itchy sensations sometimes throughout the day. The tiny clustered bumps are still there though and no sign of going away or getting worse. What are these tiny bumps on my foreskin?
