its possibly a small cyst on the surface of the skin u should see a doctor to double check i dont think.its anything serious
Went to the walk in clinic. Dr. said it was probably a cyst underneath a vein, which gives the bluish look. Said to just keep an eye on it and check back in with someone if any changes, but could be there for months or forever possibly. Thank you for your help Kim.
