ive got almost invisible spots in a patch under my forskin. ive had them for at least 2 years , they are painless, non itchy , skin coloured - this photo kinda cathches them in the light but usually you can only see or feel them if you really look - any thoughts what they are?
might be fordyce spots. I have the same thing under my foreskin for years now. It does not bring any complaints to me, except for that my foreskin might inflate after masturbation. According to my doctor they are harmless, but of course if you doubt you should visit your own doctor.
Thanks to a recent post on this Forum I was made aware of another common gland in this area, so you have two other possibilities: Tyson Glands and Parafrenular Glands - both are highly visible in some men, and totally unnoticeable in others.
What you also have is very dry skin on the shaft of your penis. Avoid using soap and stuff like shower gel on your penis - clean with water only, use liquid Coconut Oil to apply a light coating on all your penile skin once you have dried yourself after taking a shower.
