After looking around the forums on here and seeing several various things similar to this, I thought I would post a question myself.
I noticed a small red mark on my penis that seems to come and go, its located near the base of the head. It doesn't hurt, nor is it raised or pus filled. It seems to come and go and is always in the same spot. I haven't had unprotected sex, and do masturbate frequently. Could this red spot be the result a burst blood vessel from a very strong erection or friction? I do tend to have (very) strong erections and didn't know if it could burst a blood vessel. I also have used various "toys" in the past such as rings during masturbation. Sorry for being so descriptive, but I want to try and get as much background out as possible. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have attached two photos, from different angles of the spot.
