I randomly had these weird red spots turn up on my penis head, they don't burn, hurt, no discharge. Just slightly itch sometimes, it's not herpes I am pretty sure as my partner is clean. We have been together for almost a month, and during the first 2 intercourse we had, I didn't get these dots until the third. (No protection). They just itch that's it, I've only had them for a couple of days. I am probably gonna wait a week or 2 and if they don't get better I'll then go to the doctor. I'll post some photos but i don't know how to. I don't really want to see a doctor.
You need to be on a PC or laptop with a large window to add pictures. If you are, then you should see some extra icons towards the top right of where you type, and the right hand icon (which I think is supposed to look like the sun over hills) will add images.

Washing (with water, no soap) daily, and taking a leak and washing after masturbation or sex will probably help, and you could also try Canesten cream or Daktarin cream. Loose fitting cotton underwear may help, and some sites recommend washing underwear with non-biological washing powder or liquid.

Glad to hear it's getting better, and that makes it more likely to be balanitis. It would be easier to keep track of things if you post any pics on this thread though.
