Im 15 years old, never had sex but a frequent masturbation. I noticed this tiny bumps (yellow/skin coloured) on my shaft. They are spreading at a slow rate atm. I noticed this bumps when i'm 14, they do not itch or cause anypain. When i tried to pop one, they bleed, they only bleed. What could this be?

They sound like Fordyce spots to me too. Google them, and see if they look the same.
