ive noticed recently that the tip of penis is irritated. i dont see any unusual bumps but it is just red and irritated. i have been using a fungal cream but nothing has changed. just want some help.
Are you sexually active? Regular / long-term partner or otherwise? Condoms or not?
Irritation can also come from what it is you regularly apply to your penis - so what you need to think of is all the soaps, shower gels, body wash, lubes, skin creams and such like that you apply to your penis - particularly if you have recently started applying something new … ?
