Hi lawrence,
You have nothing serious. The glans penis looks and feels different after circumcision because the skin covering changes in character. The slightly lumpy appearance is partly glandular but can also be partly a problem with dry skin or over-washing, which removes the natural oils.
You can improve the appearance with moisturising the glans after you shower with a moisturiser (E45, Aveeno, Diprobase, etc) and washing the penis with Oilatum soap instead of shower gel.
Adhari

Lawrence, I fully agree with what Adhari has told you. If you prefer a more natural, plant based approach to what you are going to apply to your penis then the best ones are Liquid Coconut Oil that is for use on skin, rather than hair, or SHEA Butter.
I would suggest you could use either of these from now on - if you want to try both use one for 6 to 8 months before switching to the other, then try the other for the same amount of time - then choose the one you most prefer.
PLEASE NOTE: you are most unlikely to see a dramatic change in the general appearance of the skin on the head of your penis, as Adhari has explained - but if you switch to mainly using water to wash your penis with, then use the Coconut Oil after each time you shower shower, eventually you will lessen the impact of years of exposure to soap and things like shower gel and your skin will look healthier than it is now.
This can quite easy take 2 to 3 years before you notice anything of real difference going on - what I am suggesting you do would essentially be part of your regular routine for the rest of your adult life.
