Thank you so much, I feel absolutely awful today, I even felt terrible on the way to the shop this morning and usually that doesn't happen, it's more when I'm in it which was bad today as usual.
I'm really trying to stay positive but I feel like I'm losing everything now.
Ok, yeh its only natural to feel anxious today, I understand. You are ok, you will be ok. Well done for trying to keep positive, that's a start. 😉 One step at a time. You will be ok. Everything you do today is an achievement, you are doing ok. Take care.
Thank you, I hope this morning's bad feelings were simply due to the extra pressure I am feeling about the theatre later, I think it is the reason but a tired mind plays some awful tricks and has you thinking your whole life is over, hopefully it will settle again after tonight.
I did it, I went to panto, I clapped, sang along, cheered and even danced a bit
I just wanted to update you all as a thankyou and to prove you can have anxiety and still do things even when it's really bad.
That doesn't mean I felt no anxiety,in fact after we left the cafe my daughter went into a shop whilst I waited outside with my husband and I felt faint, heart raced, weak legs etc but it went as we got moving again.
We queued and had to wait on some steps, I hate steps so was anxious there and the drink kiosk is just at the top of them so buying drinks was really hard and I had to hold onto the counter, it took about 10 minutes of being in my seat to settle in but I did and enjoyed the show, had a bit of heart pounding near the end but told it to naff off and it did.
I coped, I enjoyed it and had fun, tomorrow is a new day and a new battle but for tonight thank you again and there is hope
Thanks for your post. Well done, you did it! Such a achievement, glad to hear you got through it. 😉 Glad you enjoyed yourself too, that's good. You've done really well today and climbed right to the top of the mountain, well done. Goodnight and all the best. Be pleased u managed to get through today and were ok, brill news.
Thank you so much, I am so pleased because I was absolutely convinced I was too ill to go but I did it, poor hubby might have a few nail marks from me clinging to him at times but I thought I would have to stay at home so going and even enjoying it was a wonderful feeling.
You rock, BellaLuna! You've got this anxiety monster by the horns and are going to bring him down entirely, soon I think! Way to tell him to naff off! I'm from the US so love that phrase, can only imagine what it means LOL!
How old are you? Could you be in peri menapause? You should see an endocrinologist, regular doc and an eye doc. One of them can help guide you. Could be hormonal at the very least. I have issues with my optic nerve but i was dizzy for years prior. I had viral labrinthitis which was extreme begining of it all...from a cold..and never really was the same again. Then peri menapause and now post menapause but i get dizzy and worse along that line.when i was well rested and hydrated and i get b12 shots i do have wonderful days too. Not eating or drinking makes it way worse. I pray daily this all goes away and i can be normal again. Try a healing meditation. a healthy clean diet is very useful as well.
Thank you, I know I have a long road ahead but it's a great feeling when you beat it even for one day, I don't think I would be allowed to print what naff off means here LOL!
I'm 38 and yes it's possible, I have suspected peri menopause recently after noticing cycle changes, they have been going on for quite a while but peri only occured to me recently after I looked up what the changes might mean.
I have some blood tests booked for early January for B vitamins, thyroid and iron levels but I need to wait a few more weeks for a hormone test because they like it to be done on cycle day 3.
I got the all clear from the eye doctor recently after having flashing lights for a week and needing a full set of tests, it would not surprise me at all if it was peri, it really is something I need to find out for sure, my ear is blocked a lot too but the doctor said it was just fluid from my sinuses, she was a general doctor though so it wouldn't hurt to see a specialist about that, things have worsened for a reason and I need to find out what that reason is.
