Tired of constantly feeling like crap!

Hey all :) I have had constant stomach issues my whole life. However, other than having no Gallbladder, I have no idea what is wrong with me. I am always tired, my neck hurts often, my upper back hurts often, constantly running to the bathroom, headaches , moody, nausea, etc. I eat decent, I drink water, no alcohol really (makes me ill for whatever reason), work out, sleep well, etc. All blood tests seem to be fine... so, who knows what is up. Not even sure where to begin however, this week has been rough :( I have had to take IB, Tyelnol, etc all week and my headaches and pain won't go away. Almost have had to go to the ER. Warm showers, cold showers, ice/heat, etc and nothing helps. I get UTI/Yeast Infections often as well and I am on probiotics daily. Just ready to feel better :( anyone have any suggestions? Constantly running to the bathroom or being in pain and bloated is driving me insane. I am 29 and 130lbs. Thank you!!

Are you having frequent diarrhoea? If so, it might be bile acid malabsorption which can occur after gallbladder removal. Perhaps see your doctor and ask for a SECHAT scan which detects it. There is treatment if you have it. I don’t know what your other symptoms could be though.

Hi Stormy, I am not sure if you became bloated after you took Tylenol. If it is, probably that’s the cause of feeling bloated and pain. Pain reliever like Tylenol negatively affects the normal function of digestive organs and the gut flora. It also weakens the lining of digestive tract. Being bloated makes you tired. It can mean that food you eat are not properly digested. As a result, your digestive organs are constantly working to complete the digestion process. Example habits that result to bloating are hasty eating, overeating even healthy ones like fruits and vegetables, eating between meals, chewing gum, drinking water with meal and eating when tired. Probably try eating more raw vegetables and fruits than cooked ones. Recommended is only 20% cooked food in your diet. Regarding probiotic, the best probiotic is fresh green leafy vegetables, not the one that are fermented. Anything processed are less effective. Fermented foods which often market as probiotic are not good. Try to eat just simple, only 3-4 kinds of food per meal. Do not combine fruits and vegetables at the same meal. You can take fruits in the morning and vegetables at lunch. Lettuce, cucumber, tomato and nuts are neutral, they can be combined with fruits and vegetables. In addition, after eating, try MODERATE walking outside inhaling fresh air, rather than sitting. This absolutely aids good digestion. I also practice this and it works. Sounds like elementary advise but you can try this. Effective digestion works if there is an abundant oxygen in the gut.
