does any get shortness of breath/chest pressure upon the slightest exertion? or almost alwyas feel as though you dont have much energy
Hi, me and my dad are just reading about it at this very moment. He has been diagnosed with GAD and depression a few days ago. Those symptoms really do exist, he has them all, shortness of breath, very tired even going to the bathroom is exhausting. He is seeing a psychiatrist currently, he needs to check his blood first to be sure that there are no physical problems. You need to consult with doctor because it might happen due to anxiety and depression. Try to calm down your mind to bring positivity in you.
