Hi I’m two years in to menapause and I seem to have no energy. I go nights with only 4-5 hours sleep. I also wake up most mornings with aching shoulders and neck and backache at the bottom ( don’t think my sleeping posture is right) anyone else feel like this or is it just me.....

As I'm sitting here I'm in pain I started perimenapause about 3 months ago and it started with fatigue dizzy my head is pounding the pain in my head will go from right to left ear shoulder neck I'm not sleeping much any suggestions for me feeling miserable as I am new to this I still get my period all though last month I had it twice. Hi Jacqueline I was like you when I started, really bad dizzy spells always had headache feeling sick every morning. I went onto HRT patches nearly two years ago which really helped those symptoms. It’s the tiredness and aching muscles and joints I carnt do with. Xx

I know exactly what your going thru im 51 yrs  old and I been going thru Peri for 4 yrs I haven't seen a period since oct I'm hoping this is it I have terrible symptoms I feel hopeless , I am on estroven it's safe and also magnesium citrate it helps tremendously 

If I tell you I haven't had a decent sleep in a very long time . This really suks I hope you can find some relief god bless

Did your head aches radiated from one side to the other side also did you had neck pain and also was feeling sick like the flu type symptoms

Hi Karen I really hope so..you know I was feeling better last year come November symptoms all came back I don't if it's because my periods end this month but I was so fed I was beginning to feel the more me again never mind just have to prayer.

Hi Maria sorry you feel crap again, it’s a nightmare. I haven’t had a period for 11 years but I still get most of the symptoms, hot flushes and dizziness settled since I went on to hrt but that’s about it. Sending love to you xx

Wow are you not feeling any better after all that time I thought some the crap would settle down people say it does with time,,or maybe you did not wait and see but a lot people that take HRT after stoping it they symotoms came back I heard, I went on it for three weeks and stop it because it brought back my periods and I was scared of it too.

hi karen im exactly the same dont know whats going on i have the same at the moment its getting me between the shoulder blade i keep worry all the time im always tense i basically feel as if im an 80 year old not 51 .

hi karen what are hrt patches as i cant take hrt as my mum passed away being on hrt tablets so im scared to take them x

Hi Kim there just a small square patch you put on your bottom. Twice a week, you don’t get side effects with them and start a low dosage xx

Hi Kim sorry to hear about your mum. What comes out of the patches goes into your body not the blood, tablets go into your body via your blood xx
