I had a severe panic attack in February 2018. Since then i had weird chest sensations and chest pains, arm pains, rapid heart rate. Then i had another panic attack the next month. Tests were done, doctor said im fine but prescribed me with nebivolol. I am free of the pains and other sensations since tne end of july, but im very light-headed at night. I become tired easily towards the end of the day and the lights look to be of less intensity at night. Im scared of going out alone at night because i feel like i will faint any time, but it never happened. Does anxiety make one feel like this?
Hi you sound like me. Im worse with my vision and light headedness towards end of the night. And yes its the anxiety kicking in. I put my earphones in and listen to relaxation music, it does help me x
Thank you for your reply! Its my last year in school and basically i cant concentrate on my studies for the aforesaid reason^. I'm really worried now
Hi try not to worry the more you worry the worse your anxiety will be. I also use eyedrops morning and night which does help, as my eyes always feel tired xx
Anxiety can make you have all kinds of symptoms. What tests dud you have to rule out other conditions? Could it be a side effect of the med?
