Just had to tell you all.... 90% bend!!!! 90% everybody!! I am so pleased,saw the consultant today and he called me a " high functioning 65 year old" Well I have had some compliments in my time but I am hanging on to that one 
Physio hurt like hell,but I dont care Im a 90% bend girl now. Thanks everyone for your support these last couple of months. MWAH XXXX

Hi Glenda he told me to come back in 6 months! but the physio goes on now its twice a week,today was hell and I actually screamed out it must have been bad because she had her arm around me and was saying sorry Fran Now sitting here with the peas back on the knee feeling very sore,never mind its almost gin oclock
