TMI Brown Discharge for Two Weeks

Hi, I've been having irregular discharge for almost two weeks now. This used to happen when my hormones were off balance, and I was stressed, so I'm not sure if that's happening again. I don't think I'm pregnant. The part that concerns me is there are small particles in the discharge and the toilet, and I don't know if it's a yeast infection or part of my uterus. Anyone else have experience with this?

Are you on birth control? I have an IUD and that is what my period looks like every month.
