i had unprotected sex with a new partner. i thought it was a yeast infection because i had cottage cheese discharge but my monistat treatment did not work. it has been 6 days since i used it. i am going to call my dr tomorrow. i have little ulcers making it burn to pee, im itchy, tender to wipe, white-light yellow discharge, just uncomfortable. does anyone have any advice or thoughts? severe yeast infection or std?
Those lesions are herpes. The infection could be Bacteria Vaginosis (BV) but get tested for everything to be safe… Including Trichomoniasis.
i found out i had gonorrhea . do you think those sores are strictly herpes? they gave me medicine and it cleared up within 1-2 weeks. i was assuming those were just from gonorrhea but now im worrying you said herpes…
This also just happened to me. Rough sex now itchy with ulcer/sores that are white. Please let me know how it goes
you cant just tell someone straight up that they are herpes and scare the ■■■■ out of someone. How would you know if it’s herpes without swabbing the sores!?
Hun don’t let people like this scare the crap out of you, if your doctor saw these and didn’t test for herpes it’s probably because they don’t think it’s herpes and is the other std you come back positive with. If you’re unsure maybe if they are still there get them swabbed.

I would go get checked by the doctor, because that definitely looks like a herpes outbreak. If you can, go as soon as possible, so they can put you on medicine to help with the outbreak, if your test turns out positive. Good luck.
