To gravy or not to gravy ....that is the question

What is everyone experience with gravy? Just visit no fat or stock added. ....is it safe? Dare I try?

If you want a super healthy gravy, but really yummy try just adding chicken or beef stock to water, and then cornstarch to thicken it.
