Hi, wonder if anyone on hrt has been told all over bloating can be caused by high oestrogen. i have been taking elleste duet 2mg and happy enough then my body started to feel puffy even my lips. my gp said could be to much oestrogens. i reduced to 1 mg and puffiness has reduced a little. when i first started hrt it helped with puffiness. has anyone experienced this ? what did you do? i am now taking 1mg every other day and now lacking concerntration and few aches and pains coming back. Hi Clairer, The only imput I have is maybe it will go away with time I had alot of symptoms from my bio hormones and they slowly went away with time… good luck and hugs xxxx
