What is the best cream or oil to use on your incision site after it is completely healed.

Being an old former Marine, I just rubbed mud mixed with gun solvent on it. It had no measurable effect.

My surgeon recommended E45 cream (UK) or Bio Oil. Am using E45 and the scar is looking good!
