Morning everyone . So after the other day appt with a very dr from.pain clinc suggesting that being labeled with fibromalga make ppl like us think we can't do nothing . Until I spoke my.mind to her she changed her tune. So I suppose it helps to speak up . Well today I started off to a great start feeling a bit dizzy and faint followed by spilling a kettle of hot water due to hand tremors so as you can tell I'm going to have a really eventful day .

I'm still ad now I think she thought I'd dignosed myself with this she asked me who is dignosing everyone with this soy reply was I don't know about everyone else but my rhumatologist dignosed me with fibro I don't know what theses dr think this illness is but if they tried living out life maybe they'd understand more . Hears hoping the my take gets better

Hi Tiggers just returned from my first Appt., with the Pain Clinic. From x ray's I know I have wear in the discs of my lower back which is giving me a lot of pain. I hope I managed to get across to her that it is the constant pain all over my body and how it affects me day by day and that the lack of sleep is really getting me down.. She is sending for Pyshio! a Chilli based cream for my back and recommended a Ten's machine. We did discuss Fibro and she is also referring me to a Rhumologist. Noticed you have seen one. Did you find this helped you and are they understanding of this aawful pain that just takes over your life.

Hi I've got the same thing in my discs of. Lower Back too I've also got atharitis in my back . Also nerve ending problems I've already had one lot of spinal block injections but going for second lot again soon not please at all very painful but I feel your pain too take care x
Hi tiggers , 2 weeks ago I had a physio appointment to see if callipers would be good for me as I also have c.m.t as well as fibre & multiple joint athritis, the physio made me feel like I was a fraud & could do much more than I was letting on, won't be going back & shall tell my consultant why, like you say these people should try living in our shoes, have a good day xx
Al they need to do is look it up on the internet ti understand what we are dealing with day in day out. Once we are diagnosed we are entitled to PIPS , medication , more support and counselling all on the NHS. Luckily I have a very understanding doctor but prefer not to take the medication they give out due to the bad side effects
Hi that's true all they got to do is look it up on the Internet . Make se wounder if we're doubted so much why was this illness given so many medical issues and a new name for it chronic pain disorder . I really feel some.dr are porley educated about this and need to resharch about it more .
