First day back at work!
Not going in until 12 and only staying for 5 hours.
It feels like it's really all over now.
No more restrictions, injections, silly stockings and sleeping on my back.
Now, I can drive, swim, pretty much anything I want - with care, and now the final step, work!
Thank you to everyone who answered my silly questions at the beginning, and all the encouraging comments 👍🏼
Good luck billiemaw You deserve it!

Well thank goodness id threw some meat and veg in the slow cooker before I went!
I didn't do an awful lot, but I'm exhausted hahaha missed my afternoon feet up and cuppa.....early night tonight I think 👍🏼
Fantastic news.
How long since your operation?
I work in central London, so the thought of commuting in and using the Tube, hire bikes and buses terrifies me at the moment.

It's 6 weeks since my op and I really feel like I've had such an easy time, compared to some. I just feel so very tired tonight. I wouldn't fancy using public transport either to be honest, all that pushing and shoving would be a bit scary - I just have a 4 mile drive to get to work so not too bad at all.
Can't keep my eyes open any longer, nice relaxing day on the cards for tomoro, so goodnight all x
Pleas be careful...there are hidden surprises as I have just found out with the addition of pain again on my muscle tendons on my thighs after siting too long in the saddle...Dealing Poker...Need trammies again....Drat....Ian.
Hi thanks for the warning. I am on a phased return and pretty much I can do as much or as little as I want/need. I plan to build up slowly to full time hours. I feel ok at the mo, just so very tired. The thought of having to go again tomoro makes me feel tired 😂 One day was enough hahah 😂I've got lazy! X
I will be on phased return when the time comes - but the idea of commuting into and out of the centre of London with a THR terrifies me.
