Hi ladies does anyone gave any cramps or weird feeling in there toes ?

Mine is between my second a third toe an it moves ..i knw its strange cuz its weird to me ..plz educate me if its related to menopause..

Could be a bit of arthritis or something simple as lack of magnesium. Just started magnesium chelate again after calve cramping in bed. Its cheap and won't hurt to use it anyway. I'm 48 and have some inflammatory arthritis that shows in one or two toes, my toe will go stiff and get stuck. Also my knees and hands get affected. Its no big deal most of the time and I still do a lot of weight training with it. I guess as I head toward 50 things are going to happen to my body.

Just a couple of things to consider. Hope it helps.

Hi Wendy, good idea to try magnesium. I had  a numbish odd feeling middle toe for years, and Im now on meds for hypothyroidism. Dont know if it was the magnesium or thyroid meds which made it better. X

Hello, I have been also exprencing the same, as I turned 46, I had such bad leg cramp, went too see a chriopractor he said I had  sciatica , I still have numbness feeling on my calf and my end two toes have weird feelings. I've been reading a lot woman use  magnesium spray  , hopefully it will help.

I get cramp in my foot and my toes separate it's really painful but don't think it's menopause related as hubby gets it as well
