Told by doctors I have anxiety but im not feeling anxious

I went to A&E after having a panic attack.

However I don't feel anxious but i am still getting physical symtoms like light headedness with occasional numbness, chest and heart twitches howver all ECG, blood tests, blood pressure, blood sugar levels are normal.

Hiya hun, you don't need to be anxious all the time to have a panic attack. You don't necessarily need any treatment if this is a one off. However, I know how scary a panick attack can be. It is no wonder you are still feeling unwell, your chest may be sore for a few days just where you were working it so hard when hyperventilating. It is going to take your body a little while to recover. Also, when your body doesn't have enough carbon dioxide in it, it can turn your blood just slightly acidic, which causes the heart flutter, pins and needles and light headedness. Just take some time to relax and recover, and you will be fine before you know it. xxx

I absolutely hate drugs but I stupidy bought isopropyl nitrate poppers I think I triguered my panic attack by accidentally taking 1 sniff of isopropyl nitrate poppers, I don't know if it was the panic attack that followed or the poppers but I havn't really felt the same since.  Doctors think this may be what triguered my panic attack.  I am just trying to relax now and not worry, I think I am getting health anxiety now where I am thinking I am dying or somthing.

I absolutely hate drugs and wish they would ban and confiscate all drugs when they like.
