Hello, I'm a 30 year old Female I've been battling Gerd for some time now. I was recently told I was likely going to need surgery. has anyone ever had something called a Sleeve? My most recent complaints are burning sensation in my stomach. chest and upper back pain regurgitating where I fear others can hear it. pain under right breast and through to back. Thanks in Advance
Can I ask- do you feel like this on a daily basis? I have all of those symptoms and also i wake up every single morning feeling horrendously sick until i move around and burp a lot then it eases, but throughout the day i get waves of nausea. Almost just helps to know i am not alone. With Christmas around the corner i just want to be able to eat and feel well.
I do sometimes I’ve resorted to sleeping on my couch because of a sleep in my bed and wake up with the worst chest and stomach pain
I’m also 30, not over weight and it is just horrible. Are you taking any PPI’s?
I am! in fact the surgeon i saw said I was depending on them. but really i don’t take them cause they don’t work
What has caused your doctor to send you to a surgeon? My doctor has asked me to stop Omeprazole for 2 weeks so that i can have a h-pylori stool test.

I was send to a surgeon for a completly different reason. He got to looking through my records my doctor had sent over and started talking about it.
