ive read a few comments on here about airways feel blocked or throat and feelings of a lump in back of throat well thats what im getting today in scared my airways are closing up slowly i come very close to taking myself to hospital my tongue feels dry and large anyone else have this symptom?
I’ve had all that before. The lump in throat feeling was so annoying, it would last nonstop for days sometimes. I get the chest tightness, short of breath feeling a lot too, and I remember a few times feeling like my tongue was very heavy and big. Strange these symptoms that anxiety can create… but that’s all it is, anxiety and you being hypersensitive to your body.
hi tania ive had lump in throat feeling on and off for years really frightened me for ,and this summer my tongue was painful and felt like it was swollen doc said it was anxiety it lasted 6 weeks .take care
