so im on propanonol beta blockers to keep my heart rate low due to anxiety. i got a sore throat like tonsilitis my temps sky high and my heart rate. i take propanolol in the morning 40mg and 40mg on the night so had my tablet tonight about half 10 and im not up with high heart rate and my temps high. my throat kills and heads banging. does anyone else experience this when there poorly. i get it all the time xxx
Yes, I especially tend to get anxious when I am sick or in pain. I feel more vulnerable and helpless at those times. Anxiety prone folks suffer so much. Getting sick is awful enough but the anxiety makes the ordeal even worse. Anxiety sure does suck . Hoping you feel better soon.
